Not in a flat. At 232 cm it is shorter than the Dino Beach but still too tall for a standard HDB ceiling of around 260 cm, once you allow for a ceiling fan or a false ceiling and the clearance the castle needs above it. Think garden, patio, void deck, or a function room with high ceilings. For an indoor party, the Castle Theme at 180 cm is the one that fits.

The floor is 305 by 294 cm, close to square, and it stands 232 cm tall. You will need that footprint plus clear room on every side for the walls to inflate and for children to get on and off. Outdoors, check for anything overhead too: low branches, washing lines, awnings. Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you book.

Both are Large size and cost the same. The Forest is nearly square, so it suits a boxier space, and at 232 cm it is 13 cm shorter than the Beach, which can be the difference in a function room with a tight ceiling. The Beach is longer and has the biggest bounce floor of the three, better for a long garden or an open void deck. Same capacity, same price, so pick on the shape of your space and which theme your kid will prefer.

Up to three at a time, with a limit of 45 kg per child and 135 kg in total, and an adult supervising throughout. The bigger floor does not raise the limit. Worth knowing early if you are planning for a dozen kids, because they will be taking turns rather than all going on together. Over a four hour rental everyone gets plenty of turns.

At least 3 working days before your party. Weekends, school holidays and long weekends go first, so book further out when you can. Urgent bookings can sometimes be squeezed in, so message us on WhatsApp and we will check.

The castle must not be used in wet or windy weather, for the children's safety. Rentals affected by weather are not refundable, since the castle has been delivered and set up by then. This one matters more than most, because at 232 cm it is an outdoor castle and an outdoor booking carries the weather risk. If it happens to you, talk to us and we will do what we can to help you rebook. A sheltered void deck or function room takes the risk out entirely.

You collect from 9:00am on your rental date, handle your own setup and pack-down, and return by 11:00pm the same day. It saves you $80, and it is a proper job. This is a Large castle, so the packed roll is heavy and bulky, plus a blower and a storage bag. Message us your car model before booking and we will tell you whether it will fit. Self pick-up bookings block a buffer day either side.

The $80 deposit is returned after the rental, once the unit comes back in good condition. Normal use is normal use. Children bouncing on a bouncy castle is what it is for.
