The Recipe

Five ingredients. That is literally it.

Ripe bananas, eggs, flour, olive oil and sugar. That is the whole recipe. We bake in small batches with olive oil instead of butter, which gives the loaf a lighter crumb and a gentle aroma that lets the banana lead.

Friday deliveries arrive 6pm to 10pm. Saturday and Sunday deliveries arrive 10am to 6pm.

Quick answers

Why can I only pick Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

Every loaf is baked to order in a small weekend batch. Choose a day at least 2 days ahead so we can bake yours fresh. Friday deliveries arrive between 6pm and 10pm; Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 6pm. Need it sooner than the picker allows? Message us on WhatsApp and we will check if this week's slot is still possible.

Does it contain dairy or nuts?

No dairy: we use olive oil instead of butter. The recipe has no nuts, but production lines are shared, so check with us if you have a severe allergy. It does contain egg and wheat.

How big is one loaf?

320g, which cuts into roughly 8 good slices.

Can I place a big order, say $100 or more?

Yes. For orders of $100 and up we can make special arrangements, from larger bakes to coordinated delivery. Message us on WhatsApp and we will plan it with you.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes, many customers do. Message us on WhatsApp after ordering and we will do our best with a note.

Is it halal-certified?

No, our products are not halal-certified. If certification matters for your purchase, please check with us before ordering.

Can I place a big order for an event?

Yes. For orders of $100 or more, such as parties, events or corporate gifting, message us on WhatsApp and we will work out a special arrangement, from quantities to delivery.
