The Castle

What the kids are getting

A proper little fortress: bright turrets, a netted bounce floor, and a slide for the grand exit. As the Standard size of our fleet, it has the smallest footprint of the three castles, which makes it the pick when floor space is the deciding factor.

Deposit & returns

The fine print, in plain words

  • Deposit: $80, refunded after the rental when the unit returns in good condition
  • Late returns: over 3 hours late costs 50% of the daily rate; over 6 hours costs a full day
  • Damage: renters are responsible for damage during the rental period
  • Refunds: case by case, processed within 5 to 7 working days

Quick answers

Will it fit at my place?

The bounce floor is 224 by 223 cm and it stands 180 cm tall. Measure your space, allow clear room around the castle, and check ceiling height if you are thinking indoors. Not sure? Send us your space details on WhatsApp and we will advise.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 3 working days before your party. Urgent bookings can sometimes be accommodated, so message us on WhatsApp and we will check what is possible.

Which areas have the $10 delivery surcharge?

Offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and CBD areas by postal code: Robinson (01, 04 to 08), Marina Square (03, 17), Orchard (22, 23) and Bras Basah (18, 19).

What happens if it rains?

The castle must not be used in wet or windy conditions, for the kids' safety. Pause the bouncing until things dry out. If weather forces a change to your booking, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

How does self pick-up work?

You collect the unit from 9:00am on your rental date, handle your own setup, and return it by 11:00pm the same day. Self pick-up bookings block a buffer day before and after.

When do I get the deposit back?

The $80 deposit is returned after the rental, once the unit comes back in good condition.
