All bookings carry an $80 refundable security deposit, returned after the rental when the unit comes back in good condition. A $10 delivery surcharge applies to offshore and CBD areas, listed in the FAQ below.
Please book at least 3 working days ahead. In a rush? Message us anyway, urgent bookings can sometimes be squeezed in.
We bring the castle to you and take it away after. Island-wide, with restricted areas excluded.
Inflation, anchoring and checks are on us. Setup takes about an hour.
When the party winds down, we handle the deflating and hauling. About an hour again.

Offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and CBD areas by postal code: Robinson (01, 04 to 08), Marina Square (03, 17), Orchard (22, 23) and Bras Basah (18, 19). Everywhere else island-wide is standard delivery, with restricted areas excluded.
Castles must not be used in wet or windy conditions, for the kids' safety. If the weather turns, pause the bouncing until things dry out. If you need to discuss your booking because of weather, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
You collect the unit from us from 9:00am on your rental date, handle your own setup, and return it by 11:00pm the same day. Self pick-up bookings block a buffer day before and after, and the full-day price applies ($120 for Castle Theme, $150 for the large castles).
The $80 deposit is returned after the rental, once the unit comes back in good condition. Damage during the rental period is the renter's responsibility and may affect the deposit.
The limits are 45kg per person and 1 to 3 children at a time, so these castles are built for kids. Adults supervise from the sidelines, drink in hand.
